San Juan, Puerto Rico, 9-11 July 2002 Subject The topic of the resource This report from the WHO/PAHO/CDC Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico during the 9-11th of July, 2002, provides an introduction to DengueNet as well as giving an account of the meeting's proceedings. The overall objective of the meeting was to develop a framework for the implementation of DengueNet with emphasis on data quality and active participation of national programs, and to launch pilot testing in the Americas by building on the existing reporting systems and networks of dengue laboratories.
