This training manual is developed to assist capacity builders in developing training and educational programmes on the use of integrated water resources management (IWRM) tools and instruments for adaptation to climate change impacts. The material is intended to increase understading of climate change impacts and what can be done now. Improving the way water resources are managed will help populations adapt in the future. Developed in partnership between Cap-Net, WMO/APFM, UNESCO-IHE, REDICA and Rhama, the format and contents of the manual are flexible enough to be adapted to different purposes and as such it could be used for short courses, educational programmes and awareness campaigns.
